Can you believe it? How fast did 2024 go for you? The only things that seemed to drag on and on were the constant political ads and pundits arguing about who would win. I’m glad that’s over.
This year flew by for me. I was so busy traveling between April and October that it felt I was hardly home. After coming south for the winter, the days blur together, and I barely know what day of the week it is. If it weren’t for football Saturdays, I might miss church on Sunday…just kidding.
All of my technical problems listed in last week’s blog have been handled. My sweet Christmas romance book, Finding Love in the Snow, is now available at other sources than Amazon and Kindle. It will also be on sale in Smashbooks starting December 20th. Check it out!
I’ve added to the word count of my next book, Walkers on Water, but it still has a long way to go. I hope to hit it harder now that other issues have cleared up. I’ll be pushing myself to get the first draft done soon.
The two and a half weeks left in 2024 will be full of house cleaning, visiting, welcoming our daughter and son-in-law to their home, football on TV, and eating. That is a nice way to round out the year. What about you? What are your plans?
I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and safe and healthy 2025! May it bring peace and prosperity to everyone!
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall you call upon Me, and you shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And you shall seek Me, and find Me, when you shall search for Me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:11-13
